Will acrylic filter out UVB light? It is the non yellowing kind, if that makes a difference. If it doesn't totally filter it out, do I have any useful amount entering the enclosure?

The acrylic must be removed to get any useful rays into the enclosure, even screen tops block out a good portion of the rays... _________________ 1.0.0 Ball Python "Albino"

Any clear top is going to filter out the rays - You will be better off with the 1/8th inch holes in the screen top, or better yet if it is possible to mount the light in the enclosure under the screen... _________________ 1.0.0 Ball Python "Albino"
