Well, I got my tegu saturday. He's somewhere around 8 months i believe and about twenty inches. I brought him home and he was pretty active, ate some ground turkey and some shrimp. Yesterday I fed him an anole (mind you, I'm not sure this is healthy, but I live in SC and my friend had on in his house he needed to get rid of) He's very active and friendly, although his feeding response his slightly intimidating, he bit me once already but its ok, Ill keep working with him. I'll post pictures whenever I get my computer working. As soon as it hit the substrate he was after it and caught it trying to climb the glass.
