It almost looks sort of crooked in a way... is there any chance she might have got some sort of injury that would cause her tail to swell up like that? _________________ Visit www.reptileontario.com

she broke her tail about 3 months ago. she lets me touch it, it doesnt seem painfull. i did link her tail breaking and the lump as thats when it started being noticable.
If that is where she broke her tail and it is not tender-just leave it alone. Fractures heal with callus (extra tissue and bone around area of bleeding from a break) and it will slowly remodel and decrease in appearance over the months. In humans, it can reduce in size slowly up to a year. For sh**s and giggles you could get vet to xray it, but it is costly on top of the visit.
