I can get, from the place my mother works, ground turkey frozen in logs. Have you ever used frozen/thawed turkey?

I am used to feeding only rodents/insects and egg or fruit as a snack. Any info for general use of turkey would be great.

Bennett: if you read my other posts, my parents picked up a 34" (or so) Argentine Red Tegu. What exactly do they require in their diet differently from an Argentine Black & White or a Blue Tegu?

I buy fresh ground but then freeze it and thaw as needed. Reds need lots of fruit. Stuff high in vit C is good. I give them fruit every day

What would an example of a daily diet be for a 3 foot red tegu?

For example, do you weigh your raw turkey? How much turkey a day? And about how much fruit a day?

I appriciate the knowledge on red feeding.
