Some hibernating tegus will periodically arouse during hibernation. Keep an eye on the tegu, if it regularly keeps coming out, it likely isn't hibernating and resuming regular care (feeding and such) should be fine. She is still keeping the lights on all the time, this is probrably why she is not hibernating. But it is like tupinambis said, they will sometimes come out regardless.
