So a very long and complicated string of events has caused me to move back in with my parents and unfortunately I don't believe I'm fit to take care of Bossk any longer.

He's almost 2 feet long, doesn't eat as much as some other tegu's I've read about but he's healthy. Being that I moved back in I can't keep a large cage for him, and with me going back to college in the fall I'm afraid I may not have the proper funds to care for him the way he should be.

He's pretty reclusive, mainly coming out to feed around 10-noon and then rarely comes out around 3-5pm. He's calm when handeled but I wouldn't go so far as to call him tame (since I've seen the youtube video with Rick my standards of 'tame' have risen). Shows no aggression and the only time I've ever been bitten was just after I had been tearing up ground turkey for him... my hands smelt like food and he was hungry. He has a small tumer on his tail that the vet said shouldn't be a problem, fatty tumor similar to what some dogs will get. It hasn't grown since I noticed it over 2 months ago.

I can throw in a small cage for traveling ease (it's only about 10 gallons but it's not what he's currently kept in)

rpm_351@hotmail.com is my e-mail or reply here if anyone is interested.

Pickup is perfered. Shipping can be possible but must be paid for by the new owner and I must admit I'll need some advice when putting it togeather. Preferably someone with tegu experience, I want him to go to a good home.
