i gave him some hamburger and just a lil like 4-5 small bites (just after i cooked it with no flavas) is he going in to a groth splurt? he does seem to hav a lil bit more white on his tail evrey 3 months i c a lil white when theres blackk on the tip of his tail and black when theres white on the tip.

were they grow 2-3 inches @ a time and dont grow 4 a while

they don't always eat the same every day and there will be days they don't eat at all. Check the barometric pressure before worrying about your reptiles. When the pressure falls reptiles can sense it and may go off food expecting a storm or cold weather.

yes but he has not eaten in almost 2 weeks i dont think theres a storm? its just geting warmer here. i gota go feed my dog IL BE BACK

Well maybe you should take it to the vet then if hes not even taking anything he used to like a lot...
From what I know from my red, if he didnt get any food yesterday he is practically jumping for food the next day (when hes not hibernation of course)
You may want to have the vet take a look at his droppings. He may have some parasites or something that made him lose his apetite.

2 weeks is a bit long to not eat when they are awake and active. A cold snap can set them back for a while but if it is getting warmer than you need to look at other possibilities. start with the basics and eliminate husbandry issues first. after that would be a fecal and a vet visit.

since Tegus are attracted to movement, crix, roaches, mice and other live feeders are worth a shot too.

well he eats a lil but has only eaten the head and belly of a mouse about 1 1/2 weeks ago. his poop looks the same he pooped on the flor and it looked the same. im gunna go and try 2 feed him
