About the frequency, you can feed her 2/3 times a week, but she will need to eat a lot.

What could you do, is feeding her everyday but with a small amount of food.

For the quantity, it's hard to say, what I do with my herps is feeding them, and look if they getting fat,(if it happen) I reduce the quantity to stabilize their weight to a healthy one.

also welcome to the forum! icon_biggrin.gif

Welcome to the Tegu forum family.I just have a 5 and 7or8 month old Tegus. So I really don't know how often you would need to feed yours.Do you have any pictures of her ? and what is her name ? good luck with her. Here is a list for you.Hope that helps.
