Hello, I am officially looking into getting a tegu. And was wondering if there was any advantage or a good reason as to picking a certain gender? Thanks.

Well if you want a big thick tegu with jowels get a male but then they can be more standof-ish . And when they get bigger they get sperm plugs in thier poop, gross. I like the way female black and whites look but I like the male reds the best.
