The RxB that Im looking at currently has a couple missing toenails. As far as I can tell it is just the nail and not the toe that is missing. Is this something to be concerned of? I know that Tegus can regrow their tail but can they regrow their digits as well? Other than that (s)he seems to be in excellent health.

I've never seen a tegu regrow whole digits. When the toe is healing it might look like it's growing back but it's just replacing enough skin to cover any wounds. I may be wrong though. A lovebird at work chewed his toes off and they never grew back. (yes I know birds and reptiles are not the same)

nothing to be to concerned about, but don't pay full price for a lizard missing toes or parts of toes. I always ask if they have full toes and nails,
you cant charge the same for a specimen that is not perfect.
