ok well i went to the state game land today and found a snapping turtle in a small temporary puddle so i took him home and im going to but him in the bog behind my house so that he can have a more stable home i had to cover him with my sweat shirt to keep him calm... the pics are in my pictures folder if anyone cares to look.. by the way he weights 10 lbs.. almost 5 kilos and i think his right eye is blind... he doesnt seem to respond when you move something near it like he does with his other eye.. im sure hes fine with that though
