Hi All just joined the forum I live in the UK I am just wondering if there are any Chacoan Tegus in the uk and are they available in the uk or Europe have also asked this question on another forum but I have only had one reply can anyone help I am not looking at the moment for a Chacoan Tegu but as soon as my set up is up and running I will be after one that’s if I can get one .black and white seem to be readily available at the moment .
Because true locality "Chacoans" don't exist as we know it in captivity. I'm sure we have animals from the Chaco region in captivity, just undocumented. The Chaco name was coined for a line of B&W Tegus that were being selectively bred for color. It started with Ron St. Pierre and branched out to others who picked them up after he sold most of his collection.
