Now that I watch Juice it does seem like I don't see him breathing very much except for when he has his mouth open...he also hasn't pooped lately I'm bathein him right now, any suggestions
I can't get him in even to be looked at till wednesday, they tell me what i know that its not good but I can't bring him in for emergency or anything. God damn vets
find an exotic vet, sounds like your lizard needs help.
it's messed up that they're making you wait.
Hope it turns out ok. _________________ 1.1.0 Arg B/W Tegu Joker n Groxy

the sooner you get your tegu treated the better the chance will be for him to recover. obviously, your tegu is not going to get better on his own.
find another vet or call your vet and stress to him you tegu is not breathing and he can't wait or ask if there is another vet/hospital then can take him right now.
I've called around does anyone else know another one in calgary? It was a reptile vet that booked with, should I just go tomorrow and then they kinda don't have a chance but to look at him?
I got him booked for tomorrow at 3:30 after school, and hopefully they figure shit out or I'll go to the other appointment too....I'll let ya guys now what goes down
So I have some laxative for him and it worked right away, I had an xray done and there was something like sand in his intestine that he passed out lastnight. His gasping might be respiratory infection so I have him on antibiotics. He's running around again, especially when I try to give him his meds, I am longer scared of his future. Thanks all for the concern
