Hi !

I've somes...
Very easy, one of my favorits of all lizards (with tegus now ! )
Realy like a smale tegu, a little more nervous but not agressive at all.
He need less humidity than tegu because he's from more arid zones in the south of europe, like Spain. I think a little cooler than a Collered with a long hibernation like the merianae.
Feeding just like merianae with items of appropriate size (mices of max 15g for big adult male, but smaller is better. All big insects are perfect).
In fact he's realy like a small T. merianae, just a little more faster when he run. A very good pet.
I tink is not for nothing that Bert loved them !
They are a bit like Callopistes maculatus but without is very agressive temperament!

Thank you!
And sorry for my very "approximate" english !

I'm from Belgium and I'm 40.
I've keeping numerus reptiles betwen 18 and 25, then I've stop for a few years.
But I'm back icon_lol.gif with somes Varanus acanthurus, Lacerta lepida, Tiliqua sp, somes turtels and tortoises, Malpolon monspessulanus and of course a baby tegu. icon_biggrin.gif
He's (or she's) the first one. But probably not the last one. I no the species for long but never have one. Realy FANTASTIC species.
Malpolon is my favorit snake and Lacerta lepida my favorite lizard. But the merianae is now "on run" (can I say this?)
