After his long battle with messed up blood counts and ongoing infections, Quinlan my frilled dragon passed last week. He had trouble with his blood counts ever since the day I got him. Veterinarians say it is a definite possibility that he had a form of leukemia. I hope he is at peace now. He went through too much for only being 10 months old. At least I had the chance to be his caretaker. He was such a sweety.

I really miss him icon_sad.gif

Very sad indeed. I have always thought about picking up a frilled. icon_cry.gif

Ten months is about how long I have had him, so he could have been a month or two older... But I don't consider being at that pet store much of a life. icon_wink.gif

I'll be getting one or two frilleds in a couple of months. I can't let this bad experience get in the way. I'll be getting two Aussie frilleds and they will be captive bred and healthy from a very good breeder... But I have to frame a picture of Quinlan and put it above the frilled cage so it isn't like I'm replacing him. I'm weird like that....

That picture was taken just a couple weeks before he passed.
