For an adult at least 6' x 3' x 3'.
You dont really need height.

IMHO 7X4X4 is minimum for an Argentine, they use the space and you need the height so you can put atleast a foot of substrate in there.

That list of links is a godsend. icon_wink.gif

But as for enclosures, i lucked out and ended up with a massive tank for free. For those not so lucky your best bet its to build one. that way you get the exact size and look you want for a fraction of the price.

I've gone work with acrylic glass before as was going to make one of that, but many people I've seen use wood enclosures with front glass doors.

as a baby they don't need a massive 6' enclosure, but its a lot easier to get one of proper size to begin with. Easier one the back...and the pocket book cause you'll spend a lot of money upgrading.

icon_redface.gif icon_biggrin.gif thank you Tal for the kind words. icon_eek.gif I didn't send you one when you first joined this forum ? I'm sooooo sorry if I didn't.I usually try to give it to every new member.I got some great enclosure deals on craigslist.org ( not .com ) .You are the only one that I know ( besides my boyfriend and I ) that wanted to build a enclosure out of acrylic, too. We found a place here in town that can cut the acrylic to the sizes we want and than we just silicone it together.I have been looking at allot of enclosures and try to take the best ideas from each one.

Yeah I've done work with it before. Lightweight and TOUGH. really easy to build an enclosure with too all you need is the right silicon and it lasts for years.

Another anvantage is that if you are moving you can cut apart the silicone, move, then put it back together! icon_smile.gif
