My new tegu"Teflon Don"is a little aggresive gold hachling. I was curious what i should put in his enclosure other than the basics.

I would like to hear from others as to what do they really enjoy?

I plan to put pics up real soon

Sweet I like new pics hehe

Pretty much just a good basking spot and a sufficient hide is all they really need. Maybe a water bowl big enough for him/her to soak in?

They also like food icon_smile.gif

go with a 40breeder, they have the width needed to keep a tegu for a while, plus they arn't rated for holding water so they're a little cheaper.

remember to make sure the lid fits good, mine doesn't have a lid, and now my hatchling jumps out of his tank from time to time to kick it with my big girl on the floor.

scary cause she could eat him, but for some reason she likes him.
