and also I have definitely learned recently not to take chances icon_cry.gif
I keep all animals separate.
looking back .. I didn't have to learn the hard way
however, God bless you and people like you who care enough to help.

keep in touch, it's a pleasure to know you icon_wink.gif

Ben3233 hi, perhaps its poor for the animals that suffered before passing. lil' nile, it was too late he passed because it reached his internal organs and blood started to come up. I could see it coming. I just tried to make it as good as I could while he was still here. icon_wink.gif
as for cats, well lets just say I now keep my daughters pets in another room only with the door -always- closed.
which now leaves Angelrose scratching at the door icon_twisted.gif

I took him to two different vets. the first said infection and treated him for that. I waited a week no signs of inprovement. I found a recommended vet he said mbd and spread to his internal organs. a n d I don't think you want to know what was happening towards the end. I just like to think he's in a better place and out of pain now.
lil' nile was with me for two years and he really didn't take off and grow like the others really, really did. because of my others I think this as being very odd.

it's a hard lesson learned here. but ..
looking back when I was with him all those times and wondering why lil' nile wasn't growing and shedding as much as the others I should have taken him to a vet then.
but on a brighter note ...I now found you guys and gals here to help me with all my questions and give me a wake-up notice
thank you much icon_wink.gif

Well I have a really big dog, kinda the ones the police have and she is really polite to my tegu, in fact everytime she see him she licks his head and likes to run curious birds if they are near Juancho, and when he is moving the dog cries to us to let us know. They love each other! Too bad cats like playing a lot. icon_cry.gif
