Make sure the Tegu has clear looking eyes. When he/she is walking it shouldn't have a limp or twitching. With the skin I really don't know but I would look for any cuts so there will not be any infections.I would take him to a reptile vet and get him checked ( like the stool ) for parasites.Hope that helps.
ok thanks i hear also i'll have to look if he put out his tongue often .
( looks like even if i'm a french guy you can understand me , hope it aint hard to understand me )
Bonjour I think you will feel if something is wrong with him. he should be alert, clear eyes, no limps, no lumps, no bumps and all fingers and toes and are very curious.
tho' a quick vet check would be valuable to the both of you
emm its like 5 or 6 month i want mine , before that i didnt know the tegu , and i order im on the first week of march , i have another month max 2 waitin ....each wednesday i hope to get a call of the place i order him ( they receive the list of the available stuff from the breeder each wednesday )
