Need help with Generic Viagra Spam how to stop this please

Hey guys, sorry if this is wrong section or place to ask but maybe someone can help me. My forum just got bombarded with viagra spam, what can you advice me please what tools can i get to stop it?

I was trying to google something about this but with no avail. Sorry to bother but really need some help with this.

Well, there is no magic trick to make spammer dissapear.
Forum are opened to public, (thetegu too) all they have to do is register and post their publicity everywhere.

The admin have to ban those account.
If you are the admin, the best thing to do, is to ban those spammer or make a restriction to your site : exemple, people who want to register need to type a message to tells you why she/he want to be inside your forum. Spammers are not interested in any subject except posting their publicity.
