NEED Sprint Phone.......

OK so i just found my cell phone in my daughter's cup of milk....
Needless to say it dont work. This is my only phone (no house phone)
I'm trying to find a sprint phone dont care age or features, But it has to be able to be switched to Roaming Only (there's a false sprint signal at my house)

So would love to find another Palm 800w (thats what i had)

But the cheaper the better (free would be the best price)

Sorry about your phone bud. I'd try on ebay. I know you said it doesn't work, but I thought that my phone was broke when I dropped it in the dogs water dish, but I just let it dry out for like a day and it came back to life.

yup mine was drying under a heat lamp, but it just powers on to a blank white screen. Yeah i'm checking ebay, and sent emails to a few people on craigslist.

For future reference, if something like this happens again, your best bet is to pull the battery and stick the phone in a ziplock bag full of rice. The rice will absorb the moisture and in most cases, your phone will be back in working condition!

well i dug my old treo 650 out and got it set up on my account, but still trying to find a good priced treo 800w (watching a few on ebay)

I'm waiting out the rest of my contract so I can resign with them (Verizon) and gets me a fancy shmancy new Droid.

yeah if you work for sprint you get a great plan (3000min, unli data, unli txt, nights/weekends, nation roaming & pic messaging for $30/month)
But i have to pay for all the phones at full cost.



thank you everyone for the advice & what not, I found a 800W on ebay baught it this morning so i'll have it next week. Now i just gotta wait
